Natalie is an Educational Psychologist with extensive experience in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and their families in preschool setting. She served in Heep Hong Society for over a decade, and is particularly familiar with supporting preschool children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in special child care centres. Natalie has significant experiences in delivering teacher training, enhancing curriculum design and working with multi-disciplinary professional teams. She later expanded her scope of professional service to special schools. She currently serves as a school-based EP in a special school for students with moderate grade intellectual disability.
